Biography
Hello, I'm Patrick (Pat) Saunders, owner and broker at Northern Lights Realty, LLC in Mora, Minnesota. With 34 years as a licensed real estate salesperson and 32 of those as a broker and owner, I've built a career focused on delivering outstanding results for clients in the local market.
My journey began at Century 21, where I honed my skills before transitioning to independent brokerage a few years later. This path has allowed me to prioritize personalized service and deep knowledge of Kanabec County properties, from rural farms to family homes.
Before real estate, I was deeply involved in the equestrian world, showing Arabian horses and earning International and National Championships. I also worked at the Midwest Training Centre in Rogers, Minnesota, which instilled in me a strong work ethic and appreciation for excellence.
Today, I remain passionate about wildlife conservation and have proudly donated to numerous organizations dedicated to protecting our natural heritage.
